(The Stables will be closed to the public from Mid January to Mid February for annual maintenance and repairs. You may still purchase gift cards throughout and reserve after Mid February)

CANCELLATION POLICY

TRAIL RIDES, LUNCHEON RIDES, EVENTS & ATTRACTIONS

For Groups Of 9 Or Less:
Cancel 48 HOURS before YOUR RESERVATION TIME and there is no charge.
For less than 48 Hours and Same Day Cancelled RESERVATIONS, There is No Refund.

Please understand regarding the Cancellation Policy, we need time to replace your reservation with another reservation. We have an obligation to our staff to create enough work to keep them working regular hours, plus the tips. They have families to support just like you do.

For Groups Of 10 or more:
The cancellation period is 2 weeks or more for no Cancellation Fee.

The only exclusion to the 10 or more policy is for the Luncheon Ride.
For any number of riders, you need to give 2 weeks' notice for changes or cancellations.

CANCELLATION FEE is The Reserved Trail Rate Per Person Canceled. There is no refund.

Events:
Tickets For Events Or Attractions Are Non-Refundable but are Transferable.
